IF YOUR CHILD IS NOT CURRENTLY ENROLLED AT THE FOLLOWING:
Towns County Pre-K / Head Start, Towns County Daycare or McConnell Preschool
Please bring your child in when registering for a readiness screening.

 TO APPLY FOR THE
 HEAD START PROGRAM
Bring the following:

Copy of Child's Birth Cirtificate
 Copy of Child's Immunization Record
 (Form 3231)
 Income verification for the last 12 months for child's parent or guardian

Head Start children must be 3 or 4 by
 September 1, 2019

Head Start also serves children with disabilities

Service is provided for all children who
 qualify, regardless of race, sex, creed, or religion
